1. Worldwide Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and local carrier restrictions.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

  • Europe: 7 to 10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 9 to 15 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • international shipping logistics;
  • customs processing;
  • local carrier delays;
  • seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • we cannot guarantee delivery of the package;
  • reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost during transit, customers must contact us as soon as possible at: contact@inaya-paris.com

We will work with the carrier to investigate the situation. Please note that investigations with shipping carriers may take several business days.

8. Delivered Packages

Once the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order will be considered successfully delivered. The proof of delivery provided by the carrier is considered sufficient evidence of delivery.

Delivery Without Signature. Most international orders are delivered without signature, depending on the destination country and final carrier policies. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fully delivered, whether or not a signature was obtained at the point of delivery. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these standard delivery practices.

Safe Drop / Porch Delivery. Carriers may leave packages at the Customer's door, porch, mailbox, building lobby, or any designated safe drop location at the shipping address, in accordance with their standard delivery practices. Inaya Paris is not responsible for packages left unattended after carrier delivery confirmation.

48-Hour Reporting Window. If the tracking information shows the package as delivered but the Customer cannot locate it, the Customer must contact us at contact@inaya-paris.com within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Claims made after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for reshipment or refund, as the carrier's investigation window has typically closed and proof of delivery becomes the final record.

9. Stolen Packages

The Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accessible.

Third-Party Reception. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, packages received by a household member, neighbor, building reception, doorman, or any third party present at the delivery address are considered properly delivered. Inaya Paris is not responsible for the actions of third parties at the shipping address provided by the Customer.

10. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to the sender due to:

  • an incorrect address;
  • the package not being claimed;
  • failed delivery attempts;

the Customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

11. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • customs inspections;
  • carrier disruptions;
  • weather conditions;
  • peak holiday seasons.

In such cases, we appreciate your patience while the carrier completes the delivery process.
