By placing an order on this website, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

7. Shipping

The Company ships products worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: 7 to 10 business days

USA / Canada: 9 to 15 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • carriers;
  • customs procedures;
  • peak seasonal demand.

The Company cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

8. Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery provided by the carrier constitutes sufficient evidence that the order has been delivered.

If the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the Customer, the order will be considered successfully delivered and accepted.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the Customer.

The Company cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • lost after delivery;
  • stolen after delivery;
  • received by a third party at the delivery address.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • the Company cannot be held responsible for non-delivery;
  • reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

11. Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

12. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

The Company does not provide prepaid return labels.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • selecting the shipping carrier;
  • paying the return shipping costs;
  • ensuring that the returned item reaches the return facility.

13. Return Address

Once the return request has been approved, the return address will be provided by customer support.

Returns may be processed through an international logistics center located in China.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that returns may be sent to this logistics center.

14. Conditions for Accepted Returns

Returned products must:

  • be unworn;
  • be unwashed;
  • remain in their original condition;
  • include all original tags.

Products showing signs of use will not be accepted.

15. Inspection of Returns

All returned items are carefully inspected.

Items showing signs of:

  • makeup stains;
  • perfume;
  • wear;
  • damage

may be refused.

16. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the product received is defective.

If the item is confirmed to be defective after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

17. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested.

However:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer;
  • shipping costs for the replacement item are also the responsibility of the Customer.

18. Abuse of Return Policy

The Company reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who demonstrate abusive return behavior or repeated disputes.

19. Anti-Fraud Policy

The Company maintains a strict anti-fraud policy.

Any fraudulent activity, including:

  • false claims;
  • abuse of the refund system;
  • unjustified chargebacks

may result in:

  • order cancellation;
  • account suspension;
  • legal action if necessary.

20. Chargebacks

Before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact customer support.

The Company reserves the right to present all relevant evidence to financial institutions, including:

  • order confirmation;
  • proof of delivery;
  • acceptance of these Terms;
  • communication records with the Customer.

21. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website including:

  • text;
  • images;
  • logos;
  • designs

are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

22. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

The Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts.
