This Return and Refund Policy defines the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Inaya Paris, operated by:

By placing an order on our website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

1. Return Request Deadline

Any return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any request submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization from customer service will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for an Accepted Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unworn;
  • be unwashed;
  • be in its original condition;
  • include all original tags;
  • show no signs of use.

Returned items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport.

3. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are subject to a strict inspection. Returns showing any of the following may be refused:

  • makeup stains;
  • perfume traces;
  • odors;
  • stains;
  • damage;
  • signs of wear or use.

In such cases:

  • no refund will be issued;
  • the item may be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense.

4. Defective Products

A refund may be granted only if the product received is defective.

If the Customer believes that an item is defective, they must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • clear photos of the product;
  • a description of the defect identified.

After review, if the defect is confirmed, a refund may be issued.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible, subject to product availability.

However, all costs related to the exchange are entirely the responsibility of the Customer, including:

  • the return shipping costs for the original item;
  • the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. The store does not provide prepaid return labels.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • choosing the shipping carrier;
  • paying all return shipping costs;
  • ensuring proper delivery of the returned package.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. The Company cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return process.

7. Return Address

The return address will be provided by customer service after the return request has been approved.

Returns may be sent to an international logistics center located in China. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that returns may be sent to this logistics center.

Refund Without Return for Low-Value Items. For low-value orders, Inaya Paris may, at its sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund without requiring a physical return, in order to spare the Customer the burden and cost of international return shipping. This goodwill option is offered on a case-by-case basis and does not create any entitlement or precedent for future orders.

Customers who wish to return higher-value items will receive the return address and detailed instructions from customer service.

8. Products Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • the product has been worn;
  • the product has been washed;
  • the product has been damaged by the Customer;
  • the product was returned without prior authorization;
  • the product was returned incomplete;
  • the product was returned outside the allowed return period.

9. Return Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received by our logistics center, it will be inspected. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • original shipping costs;
  • return shipping costs;
  • shipping costs related to an exchange.

11. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to the sender for any of the following reasons:

  • incorrect address;
  • unclaimed package;
  • recipient unavailable;

the reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

12. Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery provided by the carrier constitutes sufficient evidence that the package was delivered. If the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Company cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • lost after delivery confirmation;
  • stolen after delivery;
  • received by a third party at the delivery address provided by the Customer.

14. Abuse of the Return Policy

The Company reserves the right to refuse any future order from customers with a history of abusive:

  • returns;
  • disputes;
  • chargebacks.

15. Bank Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating any bank dispute or chargeback, the Customer must first contact customer service at contact@inaya-paris.com and allow Inaya Paris a minimum of 7 business days to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to contact customer service, or before the 7-business-day resolution window has elapsed, may be considered an abusive or unjustified dispute. In such cases, Inaya Paris reserves the right to present all evidence of the Customer's failure to allow a resolution attempt to the financial institution as part of the chargeback response.

The Company also reserves the right to present all necessary evidence to financial institutions, including:

  • order confirmation;
  • proof of delivery;
  • acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;
  • communications with the Customer;
  • any record of unanswered support attempts.

Any chargeback proven to be abusive or unjustified may be considered a fraudulent attempt and may result in the refusal of any future order from the same Customer.
